Oregon law requires a dealer to disclose in writing to a purchaser of a new motor vehicle prior to entering into a lease or sales contract that the new vehicle has been damaged and repaired if the repaired damage is more than $1,000.  OADA-160 provides the required information and is designed to be affixed to the repaired new vehicle.
